The products that can be found in NESMA Shop are organized into categories: Music, Videos, Tickets, Costumes.<\/span><\/p>\n

All products have a detailed tab, which includes a description of the product, sizes and colors available, price with VAT (21%) included, as well as a link to add the product to the shopping cart. <\/span>It is also indicated that the shipping costs are not included in the price indicated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the purchase process, you have the possibility to modify the contents of your “Shopping Cart”, adding and \/ or removing articles from it, being able to update its content at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prices that appear in the product sheets are an invitation to the customer to make an order proposal; <\/span>Therefore, if there is an error in them, NESMA Shop would inform you of such circumstance as soon as possible, in the confirmation of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to select the product?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You just have to select the product you want and click on it to enter the window related to the product tab, where you can see and choose the possible options of the same, as format or size according to the type of products, and the number of units <\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you have selected the options, press “Add” to add the product to your cart and continue shopping at NESMA Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to remove one or more items from your cart?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Accessing “Cart” you will find the list of articles that you have been selecting. <\/span>At the right end of each product you will find the option to select the item, simply modify the amount to delete the item.

For any return you must contact the customer service through an email to shop@nesma.es indicating the order number and the reason for the return.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in case of return, which must be paid directly to the transport company at the time of collection.<\/span><\/p>\n

All returns that comply with the following requirements will be accepted:<\/span><\/p>\n

The request for returns or changes must be made to shop@nesma.es within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the article was received.<\/span><\/p>\n

All items must be returned in their original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our store will not accept the return or exchange of any garment that has been used or is without its original labels. <\/span>Therefore we recommend that you carefully inspect the received articles before starting the labels and remove them from their original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoes must be returned in their original box and not used. <\/span>Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

The return of CD’s and DVD-video, without the original seal, will not be allowed, except for defects of origin, in which case the change will be effected by the same ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

The return of digital content (MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, etc.) that has not been delivered on a material medium (ie not contained in media such as CDs or DVDs) and tickets will not be allowed if you had consented to the order a<\/span>t the time of delivery and without being possible to cancel from that moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

For returns of other articles, they must, in order to be accepted for their return, keep their seal of origin intact.<\/span><\/p>\n

The products of the same order must be returned in the same consignment, we do not accept in any case to receive returns of the same order separately.<\/span><\/p>\n

International customs duties and sales taxes will not be returned to shipments made outside the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n
